Ordered a Christmas gift online Dec. 6. Ten days later received email they declined the temporary cc I had used (my usual, primary debit card had been lost and subsequently replaced). Called to give an updated card number, despite being SO surprised it had taken that long to process the order. Was told it would not be in hand by Christmas. Cancelled order. Went to a new local place in KC - found what I ordered here, for less than half the price Pendery's tried to sell it for. #Shoplocal!
