We will be moving to Colorado when our lease is up, so today we put in our notice. I’m surprised to read many of the negative reviews, because our experience has been pleasant. If we have ever had a maintenance issue, it’s addressed within a day or two, sometimes even the same day. We have never had bugs or rodents. The staff has always been friendly and prompt at responding to any questions or issues we have had, and the amenities have always been well maintained during open season. Our only difficulty while living here has honestly been some of the other residents. Many times we have heard loud arguing outside of our building, and sometimes as late as 2-3am people pull in with music blaring from their car, waking us or our toddler up. Another issue is pet owners; we have a large dog, and while walking him it’s noticeable that a lot of other pet owners don’t pick up their their pets. If you move here, or already live here, just don’t be that guy. But ultimately those issues aren’t management’s fault, and they quickly address issues as they are made aware. For the price, the apartments, specifically Phase 2, are a great value. If we weren’t moving out of state we would probably be renewing. Thank you RP :)

Hello, on November 27 it was my turn to move, and I went to the office to request that they please open the emergency exit door and tell me that they could not because the key had been lost and they treated me rudely and threw me out with shouts from the office. It only required opening the gate for the moving truck to enter because it was very large and did not fit through the main entrance, so the maintenance manager named Roberto insulted me saying that they did not have it, in the same way, the office manager He raised his hand and insulted my mother, who is an old person, raised her hand and threw the glass door, it could really cause my mother a heart attack because she started arguing rudely with her. In view of the situation, I had to pay an additional 2000 to the moving company to hire another truck and be able to help me, and thanks to the efficiency of the rancho palisades office I had to pay more additional money to have a hard time. I have already filed a complaint with the Dallas fire department, and I will make the complaints in the instances that are necessary. I find it disrespectful that after having paid for a year without fail, they treat me this way and are so disrespectful to me and my family.
If you want to avoid a headache do not even try to apply here. The office staff needs serious work with customer service. For me to just be an applicant you would think that they would want to be more helpful so i can become a resident. i am so glad i did not continue with the application process.
Well I’m really big on reviews & the reviews here are horrible. I decided to visit the complex for a tour today before reading any reviews. I scheduled online & arrived early only to stand there drenched in sweat because it’s so hot outside. I went to sit in my car & decided to call. The First Lady I spoke with was so nice & genuine. She let me look at a unit in phase 2 that I loved. I called the office & reached a very rude lady who dryly advised me the unit I was viewing isn’t available. She didn’t offer me more information so I immediately returned the keys. The same nice lady greeted me at the door & provided me more information. Thank you! After reading the reviews, I’d rather not be stuck in a lease & over billed my first time renting. I loved this property but I will not be applying due to the reviews. Thanks everyone that has left a review for whatever reason.
The only reason I'm giving this 1 star is because I couldn't rate it anything below. The first day we moved in, we saw Cockroach in our kitchen and the leasing manager said it's not a big issue. We were so naïve that we just trusted him. However, Cockroach were literally everywhere, in the kitchen, bathroom, living room. We didn't even cook any food in our apartment but still its everywhere, we complained so many time but the office just ignore this problem. The last couple of months, my roommate and me got hronic diarrhea caused by those cockroach. Just image there are more than 20 cockroach are running when you open a drawer. The worst thing is when we trying to move out, they charged us ridiculous high bills. We even hired cleaning services to clean the apartment when we moved out. JUST RUN AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE APARTMENT!!!! RUN!!!!!
