Always great food and decent service but tonight, the gentleman in the green hoodie (I believe his name was Jaylen) was so polite, prompt, and engaged. Provided the level of service you'd expect at a sit-down restaurant, not from a drive through! Well done. :)

Wow. Quick service. Delicious food (even via the Uber Eats app). I have been working the fair for EarthX and this was the best meal they offered. I ordered via Uber Eats all three days and I finally tried something new: brisket mac and cheese. He. The cheese seems like it was powdered at one point in its life. The Reuben sandwich was out of this world, though. Get it with the spicy mustard.
I love Schlotzsky's, every time I go, the staff is friendly and get my order right. They always keep it clean and following the CDC guidelines, thank you for that. Thank you for having good deals as well, like the BOGO pizza on Wednesday. They do have good options to choose from, that way you can change it up every occasion. A recommendation, I love your pickles that y'all carry. Sometimes, I forget to ask, but can you just add the pickle to my to-go order. Instead of 1, maybe 4 pickle spears. Ok, maybe that last part was for me, I appreciate it.
3rd times a charm. I won’t be visiting this location again. The bear of a guy is very rude and unapologetic for his behavior. The 1st 2 times I thought he was just having a bad day but apparently not. Schlotzsky’s has bad advertising with this employee. To be specific as I am ordering through the speaker, he says he can’t hear and for me to repeat my order, fair enough. I yell my order the second time. I get to the window and tell him he might want to fix the speaker. He says ‘you we’re mumbling‘. No, I was yelling, “huh sounded like you were mumbling”. Very unusual attitude, creepy would be the word. If it were my business, he would not be employed.
