Worst place, after being inside I feel like taking a shower at a truck stop because it's cleaner in there! Residents are naked and covered in urine and feces, nurse (if you can even call them that) have no idea what they are doing. I feel so sorry for the residents living in this situation.

This facility was an excellent place for my nephew to spend his last few days on earth. The staff was always helpful and understanding. They allowed us to stay with my nephew at all times and provided drinks. Yes, it's in a very colorful part of town and yes the facilities are not the prettiest. But the staff was super caring, they would tell us stories of how nice my nephew was to them. They made us feel at home and it was obvious that they got to know the patients there. Wanda and Linda were amazing and all the other staff. Thanks for all you did to keep my nephew comfortable and the family at peace,

NOTHING GOOD TO SAY...I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THIS CENTER BUT I WORK FOR A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER AND HAD THE PLEASURE OF SEEING ONE OF THEIR RESIDENTS. THE AID THAT WAS SENT WITH THE PATIENT WAS AS HELPFUL AS A TREE STUMP. SHE INSISTED THAT ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES HELP HIM TO FILL OUT HIS PAPERWORK BECAUSE HE FORGOT HIS GLASSES...HELLO, WHAT ARE YOU BEING PAID FOR? THEN THE GENTLEMAN, WHO WAS IN A WHEELCHAIR, WAS ASKING TO BE TAKEN TO THE RESTROOM AND SHE JUST ACTED LIKE SHE COULDN'T HEAR HIM, SO ONCE AGAIN IT WAS OUR EMPLOYEE WHO HAD TO TAKE HIM AND ASSIST HIM IN THE RESTROOM. THE WHOLE TIME THE PATIENT WAS HERE AND BEING SEEN, SHE SLEPT ON A COUCH IN OUR WAITING AREA!!! COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!! TO TOP IT ALL OFF OUR OFFICE CALLED THE FACILITY TO REPORT THIS, GOT THE OFFICE MANAGER AND SHE WAS RUDE TO OUR NURSE!!! DESPICABLE CARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. MUST BE NICE TO GET PAID TO SLEEP ON THE JOB, THEN HAVE YOUR BOSS TAKE UP FOR YOU...
