Very professional and empathetic staff. So grateful for Lori and Ashley and the rest of the crew as they worked with our insurance and got our entire water damage job approved, even the repairs part. Best in Dallas by far.

They came to help our community during a disaster and left us feeling worse. Made us pay and sign papers so they could spray for mold and set up an energy guzzling dehumidifier and then no response. Running for 30 days and checked once. Could not get estimates for further services, could not get any straight answers by phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND throwing your money and faith away. Worst business I have ever dealt with. Would give NEGATIVE stars.
