Comfort Care Hospice provided niether comfort nor care during my grandmother's last hours. Provider took over 2 hours to return to complete death certificate. Provider did not remain on site after drugs were administered. Do not use this company for anyone you wish to have a peaceful and painless transition.

Took some time off due to family emergency. Came back to not having a job. only to try and log into my email and couldnt. They didnt even call or nothing.. Also they did this to another aide as well. They are all about money and not the patients.. I have witnessed it all first hand and watched several patients fire them due to stopping meds etc. RUN RUN RUN

They made the last days of my mom's life a whole lot easier on everyone.I had made many calls, the phone was always answered.Advice, they had it.Help, we got it. I never felt like mom or dad weren't taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with a loved ones last days. And after my mom passed away,we were helped step by step through the whole process. We had no clue what to do. They were there for hours and helped with every step. They were much appreciated. Thank you so much!

My family member was a patient at Comfort Care Hospice this year. The nurse, nurse aide and chaplain were wonderful people and very nice to work with. Very comforting and there for all of us when they were needed. They helped us a lot through a difficult time. If you have to go through something so sad it is very nice to have people like this there to assist you and give you guidance.

We are currently using Comfort Care for our mother right now and their service and knowledge is so comforting. We are private pay so we could go with anyone else. The nurses and staff have bent over backwards to help us as we drag them along to different locations. Never make it feel like it's an inconvenience. They are on call and have become like family to us. We trust them. We couldn't be happier. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
