After extensive on line research looking for some items I needed, I decided it would be best to pick up at a local store. I looked at the inventory for three difference places, before asking my disabled husband to take the trip with me. Unfortunately, the on-line inventory per store means nothing. When I asked why the inventory showed 11 products available, yet their number showed zero, I wondered was the purpose of real time inventory updating was...for me a total waste of time. Suggest having your IT department show real time inventory both on the public website as well as your stock status. It would certainly make people feel more confident that the product is available as mention on the web site.
