I have to say from what I observed, first of all I would not send my dog to stay there. The staff argues with the residents, the rooms are old looking with no evidence of renovation. The staff comes off as standoffish to visitors, they are miserable and pitiful as though they don't want to be there. And unfortunately because of that the poor residents are paying for it every day. As I walked the halls there I pray that God keeps them safe. I am upset with the family members that leave their loved ones there. They could do better. The bottem line is this, staff need to understand that this is their home and they need to respect that.

This rehab was a joke. I wouldn't allow my puppy anywhere near the place. Never cleaned. Two hours before I was to leave the aide asked if I wanted a shower. It took them an hour to answer the call light if they ever did. I am telling every social worker I can think of to take this rotten place off their list. I agree with the negative stars. Besides that I hadn't been there hrs and they were already stealing my clothes. I repeat...A JOKE

Horrible!!!! People are in bed all day. There is no interaction with staff. My loved one was admitted on a Monday; by Tuesday evening no one knew anything about her and the care she needed. By Thursday, she had on the same clothes and had not showered. She fell, and no one checked to see if she was injured. There is no interaction, no therapy services, no nothing. I removed my loved one and brought her home. Filed formal complaints with all appropriate agencies.

If I could I would give this facility negative stars. Horrible place, under staffed, poorly trained nurses, out dated medical equipment, and poor doctor supervision of patients welfare. Every room was dirty with fecal stains on the mattresses. The nurses act like they can't make the bed up. The patients aren't getting the attention they need. One had a broken neck and wasn't suppose to have bones in his chicken or have any ice cream and the facility gave him both almost killing him. Sent my dad here for a foot infection and couldn't leave him there for fear of the facility giving him staff infection or him getting sicker. It is also run like a prison. You have to have a combination code for everything because they try to not let anyone leave even visitors. The stench of urine was so strong couldn't even take in a deep breathe. Spilled liquids all over floors no cones, warnings or people trying to clean it up.

Horrible place. Better off taking care of your loved ones yourself. Very under staff and very little resources
