I love the Village! You will not find a complex that is more attentive to your needs. The staff are very easy to work with and they care about you. The amenities are unmatched in Dallas/Fort Worth. The additions their making are phenomenal!

Well maintained and peaceful community.. Staff and Maintenance are very responsive to questions and work on any service requests pretty quickly.. definitely feels like a small village. Overall friendly neighborhood too.

Recently the community convenient store opened and provided a pleasant surprise for all of us. This store provides many essential food and drink items that are commonly needed and make a nice addition to any meal. The store is modern, clean, and well stocked with wine, various drinks, prepared foods, vegetables, hand dipped ice cream and a coffee bar that is complete with sweets! The employees working here are friendly and greet you with a smile upon entry. This greeting is always nice and appreciated.

Let me tell you about my fabulous team at the Village! Bonnie, Lynn, Miranda, and Taylor we're on point. We originally moved into something we later agreed we no longer liked. Miranda took it upon herself to reach out and immediately Bonnie had us in another showing that matched what we needed. Lynn went above and beyond to make sure we had the keys in time to make our transition as seamless as possible. Taylor, you held it down, great job Girl! I love the Village area. But it's very expensive. The apartments on the inside in The Chase are very small, still old as I remember from 2005. The remodeling in the Chase Apartments isn't much difference at all. I think they over pricing just to keep certain groups of people out. But all in all the community is very secured, easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, stores, etc.
