I have ordered from the website multiple times. Fast shipping and products are packed neatly and of great quality. Service is prompt and friendly. I would ignore the reviews in which people confuse this company with one that sells foam and bakery products. The service they received from that company doesn't match up to the service I have received from Dallas Wholesalers. I highly recommend buying from this company if you'd like items for yourself, or to sell for profit. I will definitely return again and again.
We have been ordering the cake boards for our bakery from this company for a few years now, and they have always been amazing. Once in the last 4 years was there a minor issue, and they took care of it right away! The Office Manager is great, and always helps us out when we have a question! I would absolutely recommend them!
Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this company. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! They sent me a defective cake dummy (foam) item and didn't want to replace the item on time for my customers wedding cake that was this weekend. The box it came in was fine so I know it wasn't defected during shipping. The owner, Eric, cussed me out and was yelling because he thought I was asking too much by requesting a replacement. I didn't even ask to speak to the owner, he took it upon himself to take the phone and be rude and didn't even let me speak. On top of that, they never sent me the invoice for my purchase so I never noticed that they charged me a rush fee when I never asked for the product to be rushed. He even refused to give me a refund for that mistake as well! In the end, he got so mad he told me to \KISS HIS A**!\ I felt so disrespected and I've never felt more harassed. I was nothing but respectful towards him and his staff. The owner and his team need to learn how to put customers first. I've spent hundreds of dollars ordering foam from this company, the least they can do is over night a replacement for their defective product for my customers wedding this weekend. The lady on the phone also laughed at me and hung up in my face. Excuse me for asking for a replacement for their unusable product and a refund for a charge I never authorized. Wow!
I have ordered two large orders before and never had a problem. Foam has no dents or issues and has made me tons of income back from creating BEAUTIFUL dummy cakes without issue.
