Amazing guys in the bike department. I bought my Cannondale here at a good price and the servicing has been wonderful. You can get an appointment quickly and have your bike back in a day. Knowledgeable staff that will share maintenance tips when asked.

Location was perfect for biking from Marina Del Rey to Redondo Beach pier --almost the whole way on the beach bike path. Daniel and his worker provided great service and had a big, teddy bear dog to pet while we were checking out the bikes. The bikes were in good shape and good quality --one was a Specialized and the tandem was real lightweight. The price was decent, especially since it included a free scoop of ice cream!

Showed up to buy a presta attachment for two bucks but didn’t have any cash. He was very kind and just gave it to us for free even after we offered to buy something else with our cards. He even showed us how to fill the tires. So kind thank you!!

And SB satisfies all of my outdoor retail cravings in a low pressure, casual and campy environment. Less fancy than REI but fully equipped to handle all of your outdoor needs, I find myself out here at this gorgeous Presidio location fairly often. They've got tons of helpful employees on the floor at all times and terrific sales to lure you into those new snow pants you didn't know you needed.
