Great professional staff. I worked with Peter Simmons, James Atkins & Kell Falite. Peter, as my Sales Consultant was very accommodating. I test drove multiple vehicles over multiple days, change times when I would be available for consultations and asked a lot of questions. Peter was well informed, keep me and their staff, when appropriate, in the loop and helped work a solid deal on a 2019 CPO QX60. This was followed up by Kell, Business Manager, who took me through the financing process smoothly, knowledgeable and efficiently. I was introduced to the Service Manager Matt Shafman whom I will work with in the future as their service department will install a tow package. I can't say enough good things about my car buying experience at Kelly INFINITI.

I brought my Infinity in for express service and it needed a coolant flush. Steve kept me looped in the whole way. Very clean and safe waiting area. Everyone wearing masks. Car was washed and cleaned as well!

Picked up a piece of metal in my tire over the weekend. Left the car Sunday PM with the keys in the drop box. Peter (Service Mgr.) contacted me Monday AM and kept me informed throughout the day of progress while I was at work. Tire was taken care of, car washed and vacuumed, ready for pick up by 1:00. Always a great experience, thanks to Peter for all his help. Can't say enough about the team from Sales, to Finance to Service at Kelly Infiniti.

Great service..! Everyone is very professional and attentive. I took my car for an oil change and the mechanic found a mechanical issue with the vehicle front end that I barely noticed but affected my car safety and performance. Peter, guided me through the process, so I could promptly get on my way.
