My American Legion and Auxiliary Unit have used B&W for over 5 years for ALL Occasions and their product and service always exceed s our expectations. Most events including funerals are held 15-25 miles from the business and we have never held a problem with delivery or quality. The business is also a strong supporter of Veterans , donating annually in support of veterans' and children programs .Post 210 CMD

I was disappointed in their level of customer service. I placed my order online by 10:30am for same day delivery on a Saturday. I was called by the Owner shortly after placing the order with questions about where to deliver and that they had no baskets and would need to substitute without me seeing what I was paying for. I told him that I apologize for not knowing the church was not open on a Saturday because my church is. Also, I asked for either an email or text picture of the basket substitute and was met with slight attitude and the need for me to hurry with my decision because they close at noon. I was not impressed with the customer service and his need to rush me since I had placed my order by their 12p cutoff time for same day delivery. The basket substitute was not as nice, but according to him I had no other choice because they were out. The guy hung up the phone without a thank you or goodbye. Just rude. I'm eagerly awaiting to see the arrangement.
Fantastic designs. Flowers last longer than others that I've tried. Recommend to others.
