They had work and a fantastic price. I have to give them 5 stars, even with my one complaint. Whenever I buy I washing machine, I like to get inside it to test out the power and efficiency of the unit. They wouldn’t let me do that. I’m not sure why. I had my own snorkel.

awesome experience, the representative was and humorous. i have an background so its hard calling for help, however we both had the "duh" moment when we figured out what the trouble was. It took about 30 minutes and was smooth. He even ordered me a new remote because they gave me the wrong one at no charge. Definitely saw value in the work plan already!

I called for dryer fix and needed my dryer vent cleaned and my dryer upkeep performed. I spoke to a nice lady on the phone and she made an appointment for me. The service man came out the next afternoon and did what I asked on my dryer and dryer vent. professional. I will be using them again. Good job.

The guy arrived in on time and was nice and respectful. He knew what to look for and was right. He had all the tools and corrected the washer in about 45 minutes. He is a pro. I recommend this company for anyone interested in repairing their appliances.

wonderful afternoon, I'm thrilled with the service I received from Owen the technician, and he has excellent customer service, and I believe he's experienced in his profession, and he came in got the job done and he was out! I called the number to schedule service. A woman answered. When I asked if this was Darrell's repair service. She hung up on me. I thought maybe it was an accident so I called back and she blocked my number. I guess he's out of business or changed his number. Too bad

Dalton was professional and gave some terrifc advice on how to take care of the dishwasher after the repair. When he was 30min out heading to our home, he called to give us a heads up and was on time. I suggest this company.

Seamus and his guys installed a new furnace, humidifier and air conditioner with a new wifi controlled thermostat. The install was seamless. The equipment works I couldnt be happier with the quality and expertise of this company. I would endorse them to anyone who needs HVAC services.
