Received a broken auger. Went to return it but they refused to refund money. They had no other auger so I had pay 55 for a broken auger that I couldn't even use! Manager would not come over to rental place to even talk to me. The ladies behind the rental counter were more into their phones and had no idea how to work machines. My advice is to rent from another place, if you can

Paid for the 6 piece Whirlpool set only to have my extra refrigerator and Stove stolen by Home Depot’s delivery service Freight Wright without my knowledge. The delivery team asked for cash on installation items I already paid for within my deal as well as the bottle of 1738 Cognac they took after I said no. They didn’t give me a receipt and damaged my transition strip and fresh painted walls. I made the complaint to Home Depot and was promised things that never happened. So now that everything is opened back up I will be returning everything. Horrible customer service rude employees that make fun of the customers and stay in their phones. The manager seemed cool but he kinda brushed me off to deal with the employees about the situation instead of being hands on granted he actually may have been busy but I paid 3500.00 and thought I’d be reimbursed for my losses but never heard anything back. I actually have a claim # and proof no luck!
I rented a Penske moving truck with a dolly. Original price was cheaper than most competitors. Store clerk gave me a 12% percent discount and was very helpful/courteous. Would recommend them over anyone.
