Called DCH Ford service for help with recall on rear view camera and talked to Joe. I was setup with an appointment on that Tuesday and dropped of my truck. The parts rep Chris K. explained exactly what needed to be done and why it was important that it be done. The whole experience was fast and painless. The job was done with a few hours and I was notified my truck was ready to pick up. I'm very happy with the fast service and I can confidently and sincerely recommend them in regard to customer service AND workmanship. This was buy far the best buying experience I’ve had with buying a car and being 62 years of age I’ve purchased quite a few. The salesman was a man named :Joe Routte I very Pleasant man to talk to and deal with also very accommodating He got me exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Also gave me more for my trade then I asked for. I will be dealing with Joe again. Also: Joon An was the Finance Manager we dealt with. And I must say it was a pleasure.

I had my Ford Fusion towed to this service shop last month. The message appeared in my car to get power steering serviced now. The wheel became unresponsive and could only manually turn it. The rep Joe told me 1,903.15 over the phone as an estimate. My car is old and that is a lot of money to invest in an old car. i asked for him to send me the estimate with the details. The estimate said Steering Rack alignment 1,903.15. No details or breakdown of labor and parts. I requested more detail but got a gut feeling not to use this repair shop. I paid the diagnostic fee 100 and got another tow to a Ford dealership down the road. The Ford in Ocean did a full diagnostic and determined nothing was wrong with my car. I drove it home and they charged me nothing, I am confused what happened as the car was not drivable when it was towed in the first place. I saved a lot of money by getting a second opinion. Been over a month since and car is driving great.

Priscilla (Queen) was amazing! She made us feel very welcome and was very friendly. The price was good, she got my monthly payments down to where I wanted them to be and she ordered my girl friend and I a pizza as we waited for the car to detailed. The finance manger was very great as well. Straightforward and just gave the facts. I recommend this dealer to anyone!
