Being on time for my appointment meant nothing! I am literally still at the door over 2 hours later while other drivers have came and gone within 1 hour. Desk clerk was very rude and could barely comprehend or respond to a simple question; “How much longer?” Very disgusting! On top of working all day, now I must find parking at 9pm because no overnight parking is allowed? The consideration and respect for other peoples times is at an all time low. DRIVERS! DO NOT COME HERE!

My appointment was at 7am, they got me out around 9:30am. Shipping-Receiving guy at front very nice.
The first shift lady in the office that I dealt with today was very nice and informative. But the lady working the the 2nd shift was just very rude and actually threw my paperwork at me through the little window and said there u go. I think her name was Deb. Anyway, truck drivers deal with enough stuff on the road and then have to deal with someone like her? Just plain wrong. If u don't like people, then u shouldn't be working at a place were your dealing with people, plain and simple!!!!
