Twice my account has been hacked and Associated Credit Union has done nothing both times. I’m literally watching my account be charged multiple times for 100 to 200 dollars for charges in a completely different state. They say they correct the issue but never does anything. But the moment I make a charge they block it from going through or threaten to close my account but when something that actually warrants them shutting my card off I don’t hear anything. They just read a script to me just to get me off the phone. I don’t feel appreciated for being a loyal customer and they don’t care about someone stealing my money. How can I be in Georgia but making card swipes in Florida?? Like really??

I am so happy to be back with this credit union. I left for a while and went to some banks ,what a high mistake. I'm back now and every thing has been great

I went into the Decatur location to wire my closing costs and received major attitude from the teller because I wanted confirmation of wire times. They insisted it was once a day at 2 pm which is my closing time. I told them the website and main number confirmed 10 am and 2 pm. Teller (only light skin lady in the location while i was there, forgot her name) got an attitude because I asked her to confirm with the manager who told me they start sending when they receive them. Then she said they send all at 2 pm. I had to call the main number, who confirmed with the wire department, twice, that it is 10 am and 2 pm. If I didn’t confirm, I would have taken my funds elsewhere to wire same day and Associated would have lost a long standing member. Two actually, because my dad is also a member. I suggest ALL locations know what’s going on and call to confirm if they do not know to avoid losing members. Especially if a member insists. It’s unfortunate enough that I had to go to another institution for my home loan because my appointed loan officer never contacted me after multiple failed attempts on my end. Not sure how much longer I’ll be a member
