I started using Cozy Clean laundry upon the recommendations from DAMES and they were absolutely right. Cozy Clean will pick up your laundry from your house and clean it (I leave it in my doorstep in lawn trash bags) and the next day it will return back on your doorstep cleaned exactly to your specifications. Even if you have some strange specifications, they’ve got your back! They send text reminders before picking up and I definitely appreciate. They will do one time laundry or they will do a recurring pick up on the day of your choice. If you don’t answer the door they will call and text and knock again, which is another marker of great service. Our laundry is always returned to us folded and stacked perfectly, grouped in separate bags perfectly. They are very reasonable and if you’re busy - THIS SERVICE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Just move into the area from Midtown. Let me state that I’m all about supporting Black owned business. Walk into this establishment, apparently they have an attendant. The super large lady was on her phone, I proceeded to walk towards the machines wanting to see the price and check out the machines, all of a sudden I hear this shout “ CAN I HELP?”. I can understand being a little skeptical if I had walked in there disheveled, but that was not the case. Her customer service skills were non-existant. As I’m explaining myself, she talks over me in a very rude way and tells me that she asked me if she can help. I tell her that I’m checking out the machines, she tries to get into a verbal confrontation in which I completely ignored and told her that I will take my hard earned money somewhere where it’s value. She said, then go on. How can you run a business, while trying to run potential customers away? I know not to recommend this place to anyone.
I can't say enough wonderful things about Cozy Clean Laundry! Moving out of downtown Atlanta made me a little worried about finding a new pick-up and delivery laundry service.l for my new Decatur address. Well, my prayers were answered with Cozy Clean!! These ladies really know how to serve all their customers needs. My laundry always SMELLS fresh and clean. Love the detergent and they pretty much honor any special requests for hanging, air dry, etc. My clothes are folded and packed nice and neat, bagged and waiting by my front door with the 1 day turnaround! Thank you so much to KaTesha and all the others, who make my dirty laundry one less thing to worry about!! I promise if you try them out, you'll be sold for life!!

Cozy clean is a great laundry service. As an Airbnb owner their turn around time is Great... they’re fast efficient and their customer service is EXCELLENT!!!
