This Rehab center they need to dismiss all the nurse at this center. They are a disgrace. All my husband clothes was lost. They do not return calls back. The nurses got nasty attitude they do not want to help the patients. The only thing good about this center is the employees who work in the Therapy department Housekeeping department they need frye all them employees. Intake department is good. I will never refer anyone to this center. All my husband information is missing his wallet. His coat and hat missing. Some one tried to get into his cell phone I had to go up there and get it.

I wanted to take this opportunity to convey my positive remarks, as was very concerned on reading the initial negative comments for this place. However all these negative comments were so not true, the Rehab provided by the staff here is exceptional, so much better than even what was provided in the hospital, encouragement given and focused on getting back on feet. Stay, goals and what to expect with therapy during stay was explained. The Social services the Business office and the housekeeping staff were professional and always had a smile whenever encountered. NP was helpful in explanation of medical status more than what received at hospital Nursing staff including the care tech on floor and nurse on cart were always helpful and responsive even when not always able to answer the questions The food was definitely not home made so yes not always to liking but it is a medical institution. And some meals were good.overall I would give Kuddos to the facility.
We were a little skeptical at first when we visited it was clean and smelled good not like a nursing home The therapy staff were very good Rest of experience was mixed Some nursing staff were very good and some were not, had a good experience with one social worker but not so with the other one, lady in front always professional During day care was good, not so at night However overall even with mixed bag of experiences the result came out much better than and my family member came out much better than what was even before going to hospital So Thank you to the staff who were helpful and kind
