This is a great store. I have been go I g to this store for years. They have a great selection that meets the needs of all my various clients. Boris has been a great source for securing materials in a timely manner. I enjoy walking through the store for inspiration for my next project.
I am giving them one star because there is nothing less then that. I had a horrific customer service experience at this place where the guy start cursing as I was walking out of this place. No doubt they have a nice setup but that doesn’t mean if someone call your bluff, (as the advertise) you have to be disrespectful. Btw, they remove their fb marketplace ad....
Everything in the store has a very nice design plus you can’t find this price anywhere else for this quality, Gabrial is a nice guy and flexible in prices
Decor Palace had all my home renovation needs. Boris and Gabriel were a real help with choosing the right tile for my home! i would defiantly refer them to other customers!!
This is such an amazing store! Within the first 5 feet of walking in i was blown away by all that they had to offer. This place is literally a 1-Stop Shop, which is very convenient because i was renovating the whole house. I got my kitchen cabinets from them which were Maple wood for half the price, and twice the quality that was offered by all competitors. They literally have hundreds of thousands of tiles to choose from. Lots of beautiful and cost effective countertop options. I renovated 2 bathrooms with them, and they helped me to design each one to be beautiful and unique. I especially love that they were able to beat all quotes that i was previously given from other stores as well as the internet! Aside for the bathroom & kitchen materials, they had a huge array of door styles (in various sizes, not jus the common sizes) I also purchased moldings for my entire house, they had so many different types of moldings (i only bought the crown, base, casing, and some flexible moldings for some of my arched walkways in the house) These guys sold it to me for such a low cost that i felt like i was robbing them, lol i know that it was a low cost because I’ve done my research. My man Boris saved me close to 2,500 and I Will definitely return for all my remodeling needs. Love you guys friendly and professional atmosphere. Go see my man Boris he is very competitive and will destroy his competition both in price and quality.
Poor communication!!! Placed small online tile order, never received. Countless unreturned calls. Had to resolve through PayPal to get back. Very very frustrating! Do not recommend. (I am a contractor, have been through a lot of bad suppliers, but these guys take the cake!!!)
I went there sunday to pick out tiles...and i was soo happy with their selection i picked out beautiful matte tile 48x8 cant wait to install!
