The shipping was quick! Packaging was great with no problems at all. I do wish that when they package the frozen feeder rats that the tails wouldn’t lie straight out because I like to package them individually in smaller ziplock bags and the tails made that a little difficult but other than that personal preference everything was great and I’ll be recommending Underground Reptiles to my friends and purchasing from them again!

Underground Reptiles sent me an exceptionally cute sand boa. There was a little confusion with my delivery date but they were on it and sent me my snake ASAP and got it here for my sons birthday. Underground Reptiles were even thoughtful enough to write happy birthday on it as well. I will definitely order from them again.

Our first turtle arrived dead. Not Underground Turtle’s fault. UPS had issues and delivered him a day and a half late, after having him overnight in cold temps. Anyhow, as I didn’t see it as the seller’s fault, I was concerned about their guarantee. But it wasn’t our fault either, and so they did honor it. The 2nd turtle arrived yesterday - healthy and beautiful. My daughter was so happy. I love that the seller worked with us with working around the odd weather, and did replace the turtle. Thank you!

What q great company to do business with. They called me to tell me my order was shipped out then sent me two emails making sure everything was OK and sent me information to make my setup even better. They go above and beyond to make sure your happy I will be doing all my ording from them from now on I can't wait for the rest of my animal come back in stock. Glad to have a company that still believes in customer service.
