Walked in to get some moving supplies. Aisles were clearly labeled and felt like I was able to navigate the store well despite never walking into a Lowes before. Staff was courteous.

Under the new circumstances, the staff was still very helpful and polite. The service at the paint table was second to none and the cashier was super nice as she kept the line moving. So all in all it was like any other improvement store, but this one was better organized.

Very difficult to find everything for a project since so much is out of stock. Pallets of unsorted stuff block isles. You're going to have to go to menards anyway since the store won't have what you need. Has a soon to be closed vibe happening.

The gentleman that helped us by cutting the very large boards that we were purchasing to be used on my nieces' and nephews' bunk beds was very patient and respectful to us. He took the time needed to cut the boards to the size that we needed for the bunk beds. He made us feel like valued Lowe's customers.

Not one person would help me. And the girl I asked a question of was more clueless than me. And she works there. She literally said I don’t know. Ask someone else Simply disgusted that no one spoke to me or would help me. I’d give negative stars if i could. Wandered around for 45 min until I was able everything I needed.
