From start to finish Michael was very attentive. I explained that I was new to the city and he welcomed me to Delray Mitsubishi. He's very knowable. When I explained to him what was going on with my vehicle he knew just what going on with my car. I also know what service need to done for the service. And a bonus was they washed my car. I want to write to you to thank you for the assistance you provided to me while I was shopping for an upgrade to from my 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer. I am delighted with my new Mitsubishi Outlander! The entire experience at Delray Mitsubishi was terrific. The best car-buying experience I have ever had. My experience with Rod the Sales Manager and Joe the finance manager was simply the best! With their assurance, knowledge and professionalism, everything was done first class. I was burnt in the past by another local dealership but this will now and forever be my new place to buy my Mitsubishi's It is without hesitation of any type that I will recommend others to Delray Mitsubishi. Again I am so grateful for all the help.

Rod the sales manager is rude and arrogant with no consideration for people's time or otherwise. Had me strung along for over a month for a used car that was supposedly sold or maybe never even existed at this location. When I questioned as to why he strung me along for so long, he got very rude and belligerent with me on the phone. Not how you speak with a potential customer. Perhaps a job at Wendy's would suit you better Rod...
Bought a car here almost 70000 total cost and dealer promised me that the car has a clean title and it is in perfect condition. Two weeks later I got my car and I was shocked the whole back side panel was hardly unprofessionally repainted. Spoke with owner and he rejects to help so im totally disappointed because i was thinking that he is such a good and honest man. Waiting to hear back from my attorney on this deal. Please read all of the bad reviews and decide for yourself, and really do a deep inspection of the car do not trust like i did do not buy through online DO INSPECTION in person or at the independent shop or dealer. They screwed me up so bad and they will pay for it.
During the COVID crisis and as a patient undergoing certain medical treatments which puts me at extreme risk, I greatly appreciate all the precautions and special pick up and delivery services provided by your dealership. Without that, I would never have been able to get the car serviced. I hope you will keep such provisions in place even after COVID for people like me who may always have to take such precautions.
My experience has been above and beyond excellent. I was treated with respect and with consideration. Joe in finance was extremely helpful and Rod made sure that all my questions we answered and that every department gave me 5 star service.
