Don’t waste your time—there’s a ton of dentistry establishments and you’re better off going elsewhere. Remy has always been professional and nice but otherwise lots of staff/dentist turnover and lots of disorganization in the practice. A business that can’t own their mistake is not one to support. They double book my husband and I, an entire month goes by and through more confusion, adamantly insist on charging us both a hefty “missed appointment fee”. Then hide behind “Sorry, it’s our policy”. Another example is slyly upselling you on fluoride services and claim your insurance covers it, when they don’t. You’ll receive a surprise bill with no exceptions. The only thing they care about is making an extra buck, clearly not their longtime patients. Plus you’ll leave with very sore and hurting gums after an unenjoyable cleaning. Like I said, don’t waste your time!

Extremely satisfied! Very welcoming Staff. I Maybe waited 5 minutes to be seen and my appointment was about 80 minutes total. April and the team were awesome answering my concerns and did a great job during my first visit.

I have been a patient with Dr Soulimiotis for the past 2.5 years, and was very happy with the quality of care at Dentistry for Midtown during that time. I also think in general they have a good set up to handle social distancing and take extra safety precautions during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, I am extremely unhappy about my last visit a few weeks ago and will be moving on to another practice as a result. I had a non-urgent appointment to get two fillings, but ended up waiting a full hour before Dr Soulimiotis was available to do the procedure. I was told apologetically that they were dealing with an emergency situation, which is completely understandable. However, my own procedure was not urgent. I do not understand why my appointment was not rescheduled, nor why I was never offered the choice between waiting and rescheduling, if an emergency was affecting their normal operations. Waiting an hour at the dentist office in the middle of a pandemic for a non-emergency appointment is not okay! Everybody knew they had messed up. Dr Soulimiotis, his assistant, the front desk staff, were very kind and apologetic. Dr Soulimiotis checked in with me via phone at the end of the day to make sure I wasn't feeling numbness or pain after the procedure. They mailed me a 5 gift card to Starbucks for the inconvenience, without me asking, and they didn't have to do that. But this was the most stressful dentist appointment I have ever had, and it didn't have to be like this, if they had thought to even offer to reschedule my appointment instead of leaving me in a chair with a swab of numbing agent in my cheek for an hour...in the middle of a pandemic.
