American Eagle exceeded our expectations for our transfer to and from the airport. We had to book at the last minute for our trip and Otman was a fantastic driver. He was on time and had great communication throughout our arrival especially since our plane was 30 minutes late on arrival. On our way to the mountains we experienced less than favorable driving conditions and Otman handled the road like a true professional and got us to our destination in a timely matter and and safely. We were so pleased with his service that we booked American Eagle and Otman again for our return trip to the airport where he once again got us there on time and handled the road better than we could have ever expected. We will 100% book American Eagle and Otman again next year when we return
