Beautifully remodeled all oceanfront suites. In the heart of activity right on the middle of the boardwalk. Drink morning coffee from the dining room table, boardwalk short wall, or on the beach steps away, watching the sunrise. Perfect location and wonderful experience.

The room was exceptional, clean, spacious! The location, being right on the broad walk is the best! I could see the ocean from my bed looking out the window! I watched the sunrise right from the patio outside my door it was amazing ! The woman who is at the front desk was so sweet very caring and wanted our stay to be comfortable! The renovation is very modern, the kitchen with fridge microwave and coffee maker makes you feel so at home. They even have glasses cups dishes and silverware! Very classy upscale place! I want to thank the beautiful lady, her name is Houri for being so friendly and genuinely caring! I will return and this is my new best place to vacation! Want to thank Houri for all her help and hospitality! Also thanks to Sam a great man very humble and accommodating! Til we meet again guys!️

We had an amazing stay! The owner was super friendly. If he sees you sitting outside he will come by to make sure everything is going well. The rooms were beautiful. We will definitely be going back!

The suites have recently been completely renovated and are amazing! Wonderful BEACH FRONT location in the middle of all the action on the broadwalk. These are truly a suite with full size refrigerator, microwave, dishes, sink, table for 4, 2 beds, TV in a large comfortable room and the best part - the fabulous, unobstructed view of the ocean. Yes, there is a parking fee - we were told of that at time of booking - but after walking the broadwalk I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else on Hollywood Beach. From what I could see no one else has the balcony/patio and views that The Diane Suites has. Mr. Sam, as I called him, and his staff are there to take care of your needs - give The Diane Suites a try, you won't be disappointed.

Great place to stay and had a blast and I wasn't even spending the night, I was visiting some friends from Minnesota. Needless to say got drunk next door and 20 steps away from the bar. Easy walk ... I recommend staying and people watching

The rooms are clean and have a great view for people watching and looking out onto the beach. The noise level however, is pretty bad at night. The bar and grill next door has live music every night until four in the morning. If you are into the night life, this is the place for you. If you want to get some sleep, find another place.

Closest you can be to the beach, going back for mother's day weekend .great location great service nice and clean ,they were closed for a while due to a complete remodeling .
