I have no problem with the amount I pay, or the service in general. But the tech who came to install at my new house today was the laziest person I’ve met. He didn’t want to hook up a tv down stairs with some bs excuse. And he left it like this (see pic) in my bedroom. Needless to say, I have to make another appointment to get the service hooked up downstairs

Service and package we purchased from DirecTV was fine. We cancelled our service, when we purchased a bundled package from another provider (at a much lesser price). When we called to disconnect, we were told that DirecTV would not prorate our final bill. Our last bill had charges for 22 days of service they did not provide. The customer service agents we talked to both said that they o longer prorate.\ Perhaps this is a policy put forth by AT&T? Well, we will no longer use DirecTV or AT&T anywhere we are. Not a good ending to many years of being their customer.
