The service was amazing. The honesty couldn't be beat in each and every item sold. Bought a fridge and dishwasher. They even installed (quickly and cleanly) a day earlier than scheduled! Will use them for the rest of appliance replacements in future! Highly recommend.

Yvonne and Troy were very friendly and helpful. They showed us several models of refrigerators and pointed out any imperfections. They were not at all pushy and gave us our space to look thoroughly and decide. We found a great side by side refrigerator that met our needs and was in perfect condition, and we saved about 500 off retail. We chose to have the refrigerator delivered and delivery was scheduled for four days out, but to our surprise they ended up having time to deliver same day as our purchase. Delivery person was friendly and refrigerator was handled with care. We will definitely go back if we are in need of other appliances!

This place was FANTASTIC. We had been price shopping for a Washer/Dryer combo a good bit and considered buying used as well, but were SO GLAD we came here instead. The salesperson was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. The prices beat all the big box stores and even some of the resale listings of people selling the same washer dryer set used! Delivery was affordable, quick, and the delivery workers were clean, skilled, and efficient. Thank you to all the employees-this is small business at its best!

Great price same day delivery..im praying that this product give me many years of enjoyment..but after my delivery the installation went very bad..They refused to set my refrigerator up because there were a few items in there. Never explained it to my sister who was receiving the product.. Now they wanna charge me again for another installation fee. Really..

My experience with Discount Appliance Outlet was amazing. The process was fast and easy. The staff is polite, patient and gives A 1 customer service. They were knowledgeable about their products and was able to answer all my questions. The prices was way below what you would pay at a home improvement store. They even give courtesy calls after your purchase to see how everything is going. This takes the cake. I will certainly be purchasing from them again, so if you are in need of some appliances I strongly urge you to check them out. You won't be dissatisfied.

Bought a fridge from here last week. Sales associate was super friendly and helpful. However, we set up delivery and install and the refrigerator had more scratches and dents when it arrived than when we saw it and paid for it. Delivery guys didn't seem to know much about what happened. Also, didn't receive a side compartment and was told I'd be contacted back because of this. Never received a call back. Poor customer service!! Seems once they have your money they don't care to be helpful anymore. Definitely won't buy anything from this place again. Customer service is so important. Apparently the owners/deliverers don't realize that.
