This is my new, \go to\ place for forklifts. I recently worked with Sunny Coleman to purchase a reach truck for our warehouse. We needed to set up Discount Forklift as a supplier in our ERP system and with our corp. AP. This takes some time. Sunny and Vanessa were very helpful in accommodating the process. I am having big problems with service, review pending. 2/22 response: When we purchased, your team was extremely helpful. The problem was after we purchased. The main problem is that we have tried at least 4-5 times to get a tech here since we bought it to service the unit prior to it breaking. The tech (Rick) was always too busy. Never once did he ever come out. Our battery died a few weeks ago and we reached out to the salesman and the tech at least 25-time via phone and texts to both the salesman and technician. And to date, no one has come by to help us out. When we purchased, the salesman told us that if we ever have any problems your service team will help us fix them in a timely manner, this was not the case for us. We finally got tired of waiting and have contracted someone else to swap out the battery.
I worked with Sunny Coleman and he was extremely helpful and professional. He nailed the type, style and cost of what I was looking for and made it ridiculously easy to get my purchase done. Great job Sunny!!
