I was traveling outside of my home area when my front left wheel bearing suddenly started squealing really loud, so I asked Google if there were any GM dealers in the area. Google found just one dealer; Don Rypma Chevrolet Buick GMC. It was late in the afternoon, getting closed to 5pm when I called and asked to talk to someone in service. After I explained to service that I lived more than an 1½ hours away and stated what I thought the problem was. I told them according to my GPS that I was only 5 minutes away and asked if they could take a look and give me an opinion if it would or would not be safe to drive my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali with 282,282 miles on it back home. Much to my surprise, they said if I brought it right in, they would take a look. Even more to my surprise, they walked me back out to my Denali and helped me unhook the Trailer I was pulling, after which they immediately drove my vehicle into their service department and put it up on a hoist. After only a few minutes they asked me to follow them to my Denali where they showed me how close I came to losing my wheel, tire and hub. The very first thoughts to go though my mind were... I will need to find a place to spend the night and get ready to have my eyeballs gouged out. Then came the most pleasant surprises of the day!!! They had in stock the front hub assembly my Denali needed. They quoted me a VERY FAIR PRICE and they were willing and able to do the work immediately!!! All told, I was in and out in less than 1 hour! Bottom Line.... it's impossible to beat the service you get from a small town dealer... even if you are just passing though! THANK YOU Don Rypma for the GREAT SERVICE!!!

Awesome owner! Had vehicle issue while traveling home from up north & they spent an hour assuring everything was safe & only charged us for the fluids. Owner said his dad taught him never to take advantage of anyone especially travelers who are already in a difficult situation.
