We visited on a day that the dogs were at the museum. The staff and owners are so wonderful and kind. There is a scavenger hunt you can do to earn a patch! Lots of information about the history of dog sledding. Amd the dogs are so friendly! My nephews loved being able to see and pet the dogs (their favorites were Bobby, Pirate, Bruce Wayne, and Clark Kent). Definitely make a stop to see and support this great place!

Love the mission of Door County Sled Dogs. So much so I donate 250 dollars quarterly to help them. Outstanding dog rescue. Love Door County Sled Dogs

I took my girlfriend here as a surprise (but she found a brochure on her own and asked to go, almost a surprise!) because we left our three pyrs at home with her daughter and needed a puppy fix. This place is great! We got to go out back and play with the pups while learning about their work as sled dogs. The inside has lots of cool information on the work and history of the pups, and the staff and mushers were very attentive and involved. Bonnie even took a lot of time talking to us about training. Very friendly place.

We didn't visit the entire place but they had a retired sled dog, Bob visiting. He was so adorable! Plus they had a great spin wheel for donations to win a small T.Y. animal or constellation price in the treasure chest. I wish we would have had time to visit the whole place. Thre other skilled dogs were the also.

Fantastic dogs and amazing humans! This was a more involved experience than expected and we truly enjoyed it, both big kids and little. We are so glad we stopped!

Dogs were beautiful. Staff members were very helpful with all of our questions. All in all a great visit. Place was clean with no dog smells.
