Just purchased a brand new car and had a wonderful experience. Igor our salesman was very patient and respectful I did not feel overwhelmed. The sales manager Edwin was also terrific. I can say I had a very smooth car buying experience and will be back in the future!

Doral Hyundai is the best dealership in Miami! What makes this dealership so wonderful is their salesperson Joel T. Chapman. He is fantastic with his clients. He never pressures you and goes out of his way to get you the best deal possible. He treats you like family, not just during the sale, but even after you take the car home. Most of the time when a person buys something, you are forgotten once you walk out the door. Not with Joel. He is always available for you for whatever you need even if it’s a simple equipment question or a service appointment. This is the second car I buy from him and will NEVER go anywhere else. If you need a new, reliable car and want to buy it from someone that truly cares, go see Joel at Doral Hyundai. I promise you. You won’t regret it.
Its hard to rate this one star bcs service and rep were actually good; however they charged 160 up front to accept the car. I walked in telling them what the diagnosis was (since I had the tool ). Turns out the mechanical failure was covered by warranty but proceeded to service the car for 500.00 worth of maintenance. I fully expected to be credited the 160 I paid upfront but was denied that. They said it could only be applied towards mechanical repairs (which was covered by warranty!!!!!) I find that practice very deceiving... at the very least, it should be thorougly and clearly explained before receiving the car. If so, I most likely would have not left the car.
My sales rep Arty was absolutely terrific. I was buying my first car and he made the experience a memorable and easy one. He listened to what I wanted and needed and executed perfectly with the first few cars he showed me. I will be recommending him to my friends and family but also to anyone reading this review! Great guy overall and sales man.
Went there to pick up a car from the company I work for the cashiers treated me great even tho I did not have a good attitude, hope you forgive me got helped fast and then the porter brought my car it was nice to go thank you
