the office staff is horrible, they don't pick the phone for days. they do not return the phone calls to the left voicemails they give away wrong pretreatment plans(the plan how to take medicine before endoscopy) to the patients. the surgery staff is awesome, professional and nice.

Failed to diagnose simple acid reflux, mostly interested in running many tests. A second GI doc diagnosed me right away said I certainly didn't need more tests as Dr. Chawla suggested.
