I've been here before and it's always been great. This is another local, family owned business. I decided to get my work boots resoled, instead of buying a new pair. And since this was my first time doing so, I looked up Red Wings prices to have something to compare to for this review. Capri Shoe Repair Resole - 82.50 Leather Footbed (the insert in the boot) - 28.50 Laces - Free Repairs - In House Duration - 2½ days. Red Wing Stores Resole - 100 Leather Footbed - 39.99 Laces - 6.99 Repairs - Sent Out (Shipping is free for anything over 50) Duration - Unknown (I am by no means putting down Red Wing, as they do offer more than I listed, and they sell more than they repair I'd imagine.) My overall experience with Capri Shoe Repair has been great. I love the fact that it's family owned and nearby. Customer service is always on point, and obviously their prices are outstanding. Not to mention that they do everything in store, and by hand.

Fantastic work. Owner and wife have an amazing attitude. They are always happy to see me when taking and picking up my repairs. We joke around and have a blast. And the work they do no else comes close.

AMAZING service! I dropped off my boyfriend's work boots at 11am, and they were able to have them done at 5pm same day. I had gone to another shoe repair, but didn't get a good feeling. As soon as I walked into Capri, I felt a good vibe, and Carmen and Carlos were SO NICE! My boyfriend's boots look amazing, and they were reinforced well. Thank you so much for great service. I definitely recommend Capri to anyone looking for quality service.
This is the 4th time I have come to this place. I'm thinking the shoes and or boots might be time to get rid of them, and they do a remarkable job and make them look new. It is family owned and they are the nicest people.
