I went there on January 10 2021,spent over 2 hours there for a PS4, when I received it was the one on display, when I was advised they had one in storage. When inspecting the package, the seal was dirty as it had been opened, I asked for the Manager, the employee said the manager could not leave his desk we had to walk to him. I said I want a refund im not purchasing an item that is opened. I have a receipt showing a refund till this day January 22nd I have not seen my money. Very bad management, and store. Dont recommend to purchase at this location.

WARNING!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. This is the last time I enter a store like THIS! I can’t believe how unprofessional these people are. I went in to buy a bedroom set and I was looking forward to setting this into my bedroom first of all no instructions were included not all parts were there...we were assembling this bedroom set all blind second the material is so cheap.. I called and went back to the store they won’t resolve my situation.. This is a horrible store to purchase furniture don’t recommend this store I give them a 0 on the scale
