Dr. Karlin is not only an impressively well-educated and experienced doctor, but I also believe she brings a healing gift to her work with patients that really can't be taught. I started seeing her about two years ago when I was having a lot of digestive problems that I couldn't seem to get a handle on despite being fairly knowledgeable about natural health. She was able to discern that stress was the root cause of my issues at the time, and in following her advice, the problems completely resolved. More recently, she's been advising me about some longstanding immune system issues, and helping me navigate the shifting hormonal landscape of peri-menopause. While I've experienced ups and downs in this season of life, overall I'm feeling better and stronger than I've ever felt. I could ask for no better guide on my health journey than Dr. Karlin. She's the real deal.

After a crash and a bad chiropractor experience, I was desperate to find help. I tried four different doctors at Kaiser and two other acupuncturists and herbalists before I found Dr. Karlin. Right away I knew that her approach would be different. She sat with me for an hour and a half in the first appointment and actually took notes while I was talking to her! She asked very specific follow-up questions and considered avenues that other doctors hadn't considered. I loved her perspective! She helped me understand that the body can heal from anything given the right information, and she helped me create the right environment for my body to heal. With craniosacral, acupuncture, and B-12 injections, Dr. Karlin brought me relief! I am so happy to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I went to Dr. Karlin with unbearable tingling in my legs, feet, and hands, and now I am well on my way to healing. After just over a month, I am already seeing an improvement. I am so HAPPY!
