Dr. Schub and his staff did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the status of my colonoscopy procedure especially in light of the challenging weather (2 - 4 inches of snow) on the day of the procedure. Their communication with SurgiCenter of Baltimore, where the procedure was performed, made everything go smoothly and on time. Kudos to Dr. Schub and his team!

I must say I have been seeing Dr. R. Schub since I was in my early thirties, why, because he is a excellent Dr with excellent bed side manners. He is rare in that he is one of those doctors who truly cares about his patients. This is also evident in his staff and nurse's. Five stars all the way, I wish I could give more One example, I had to go to the emergency room for a GI issue, Dr Schub came to the emergency room and took over my treatment, and no he was not on call at the hospital, but I was his patient. Let no one tell you he doesn't care about his patients.
Had a zoom meeting with Dr. Schub today and he was very caring and informative. Took my concerns seriously and didn’t write off my concerns off as “anxiety” as other doctors have. He reassured me that we’d figure out what was going on and get it handled. Looking forward to his help in my journey.
I took part of the day to get a cardiac clearance - his office cancelled my procedure less than a week before with no reschedule. This was a yearly followup colonoscopy that was absolutely critical. I would have preferred that he recommend another Dr - now I am left to find another office that can do this and effectively start over from scratch. He's a good doctor - but needs to manage his business better.
The doctor is very patient and attentive to my needs. Office staff are supportive and respond quickly to messages in patient portal. Overall I give this office 5 stars for cleanliness and addressing my issues. Specific procedures were done at Greenbelt Endoscopy Center where they did a fantastic job keeping my calm and making me feel comfortable. Thank you Dr. Schub for knowledge and willingness to listen to address my concerns.
