My mother was on her deathbed dying from stage 4 breast cancer and stage 4 liver cancer. I couldn't be there with her. I ordered an arrangement of flowers from this place, even paid extra for same day delivery. I wanted my mother to have some beautiful flowers from me to enjoy during her last days on earth. 3 days went by and they never delivered the flowers. My mother passed away, if they had delivered the flowers the day I paid extra for them to be delivered my mother would of passed knowing I reached out. When I called the flower shop owner she was rude to me and never tried to make it right. I have 1 thing to say... Thank-you for ruining the 1 thing I could do for my mother before she died. You are in the business of flowers when people place an order they are counting on you to do your job.

Received an arrangement about 5 in the evening and by 9 the flowers were already wilting! There was more greenery than actual flowers! I’m so disappointed because they were sent as a gift and I feel like the sender did not get her monies worth! My grandparents owned a florist back east where i worked for several years and we never would have sent an arrangement out that looked this way!
