I brought them my buck last year only because I needed it to be caped and did not have a gambrel yet to cape the buck myself. The year before I harvested a smaller buck and after butchering it myself got more meat than I received from the butcher block. I had been saving my tenderloin to eat last since it is my favorite. I just opened the package and found they only gave me one tenderloin keeping the other for themselves. Needless to say since then I have bought a hoist and gambrel and will not be returning to them for any reason
