I purchased the internet service last week. I recieved my modem, spoke with CenturyLink customer service 3 times today and still no internet. I was told after the 2nd call that the service would be connected by 5pm, at 9pm still not connected and after a 20min phone call with customer service I was told to call back tomorrow. The customer service representative was kind and understanding and was not able to resolve the issue. Not a great way to start a business relationship especially since I am paying for service as of today. I was told to call back again tomorrow during normal business hours and was guaranteed by the representative that my service will be active tomorrow. We will see so far not impressed and unfortunately at my adress this is one of my only options for internet service or I would go elsewhere. The issue was resolved today and I am changing review for 1 star to 4 stars.

As a first time customer I was excited about the friendly customer service and the prices. However, we have yet to receive our services and the customer service team has been little to no help in resolving any issues we have encountered. It will be about 3 weeks without service by our next appointment “scheduled” for someone to connect our internet. Unfortunately I am not optimistic about the service or that our internet will actually be connected. I would highly recommend going to another company if at all possible.
