So far I have only had it for about 3 weeks but it's very good and works for my son and all his gaming on his computer , our smart TV while we stream shows and movies on Netflix, hulu , youtube,roku free channels and alot more it's well worth it as long as I never have a over the data limit problem I'm hoping to see how much i used which i can do on my account which is very helpful it just has not had my full month in yet online. Very good and reliable . Justin

I attempted to get new wave, they came spent two days left n it never worked, of course billing had already been done, so they came back w a new box because the other was defective, n it still didn't work, now they were out of equipment n waiting on shipment, came back out installed 3rd box n still no service, at that point I attempted to cancel but they have a process of arbitration, watch out for those companies, n they were just fine billing without providing services, that is until I called the FCC it's still an unresolved complaint as far as I know I only received partial refund, n I expected full after all who gets money for nothing, other than new wave n dire straits right? Avoid New Wave not an experienced communication company n they don't wish to be.

I have spoken to 3 different people between the phone and online chat. Two of which told me that I couldn't get service and another told me that someone would be contacting me to come check out my house to see if they can service it or not. The two sales people that I spoke with said that my house cant be serviced. I called again today and was on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. My next door neighbors have internet through New Wave and I am told I can't get it? Now I cant get anyone to talk to me about it to help. Pathetic.
