My Mother was at Iliff for short term rehab , approximately a month ago This building is an older building but I feel the staff are caring, therapy was excellent, the Director of nursing was available when i called. When my mother discharged she was walking and happy! Although I could not visit her, they kept me informed and i worked with activities dept. for skype calls and door visits. I met the administrator whom was warm and very caring personality . To me quality of care was most important and I feel my mother received just that. I would recommend Iliff to anyone!

My family and I have had a great experience with Iliff. From the front office staff being very helpful, to nursing, rehab and activities. Both of my parents were there for a few years during their final days. Everyone there was very communicative and helpful to myself and my parents. Nursing and rehab took very good care of them, and Activities made sure to visit them each day as well as bringing them to the Activities room to make sure they remained active and smiling. The holidays were also very enjoyable for my parents. From decorations and holiday inspired games, to all the staff members dressing up in holiday themed clothes and happy. Their energy rubbed off on my parents. And I noticed the other residents enjoying their time as well. Of course you cannot please everyone. With that said, I noticed residents receiving great care and love from Iliff staff members. But their family members would still find little things to get upset about. My siblings and I were one of those family members who would be there every day. So we saw all the good things going on, as well as the problematic family members. Iliff does the best they can to treat the residents with care as though they are their family as well. In the 4 years that my parents were there (2017-2021) my family had no complaints. And my parents could be difficult at times. But the staff remained professional and were able to even make them smile. Thank you Iliff for all you have done for my family during these last four years of my parent’s lives. You all became our family as well.
I want to start my review out by saying that due to Covid we all feel its worst time to put someone in a nursing home, but my father in law broke his hip during the height of this and he is in his 90s, he needed rehab we chose (with hesitation) Iliff nursing and Rehab Center and he was there for 4 weeks and they kept in contact with as well as administrator wrote weekly Covid updates. My father in law received the best care and therapy , he is stronger and more alert than before. We were able to have door visits and skype visits and felt very well informed with many updates. My family and My relatives would highly recommend this warm , family like facility to anyone! Thank you Iliff !!!
I had my mother here in the middle of COVID, they are very responsive to calls and send weekly updates. The care provided was wonderful, I was extremely worried about sending my mother to a center in the middle of COVID but they eased my fears. I pray I dont have to send her again to another facility, but if I do it will be Iliff.
Staff very friendly and responsive and I’m very impressed with the communication level that Iliff provide, especially in this time, with the many calls and emails, just to let us family know how our love ones are doing, I also appreciate the use of technology like Skype to be able to see my love one, thank you Iliff for everything that you all doing!
