This was our first time calling Plumb-V, and they did not disappoint. They sent a plumber (Richard) a lot more quickly than our go-to plumbing company could, and he clearly knew his stuff about our water heater. He respectfully explained why we needed to replace it. He also left us feeling confident he could replace it without issue. Sure enough, he did!
Keith did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain the issue and the needed remedy. Before and after photos were also provided. Quotes for other repairs were also provided. For one item (cosmetic repair) Keith offered a cost saving option. The company promptly returns phone calls. Photos of Keith were provided in advance and a call and text were received half an hour before arrival. The company earns its 5 star rating.
Keith did an awesome job finding and repairing a leak in our main water line and irrigation system! Prompt diagnosis, excellent engineering of a better solution, and fast, polite, and thorough job in all respects. Would recommend most highly.
I am very pleased with the work that Matt Wheeler performed at my home. He was on time and courteous. His suggestions and work exceeded my expectations and I am grateful to have had the help I needed and work accomplished. I am thrilled to use my new kitchen faucet and even more at ease knowing I have more updated plumbing/fixtures installed for the safety of my home. I am thankful he asked for my opinion and help at some of the tasks that were performed because it made me feel like he cared about the quality of work being done. Quotes and work to be accomplished were made clear to me prior to starting service. I wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone seeking plumbing needs.
