The good folks at Dyson replaced my hose for free even though I was 6 days past my 5 year warranty. In and out in 10 minutes. Thanks for providing above and beyond customer service.

It was first come first serve, we were lucky and only had one person ahead of us. We explained the issue, the salesman took the vacuum in back, fixed the problem within 10 minutes. We mentioned that we have very thick carpet, he said he could adjust that for us and did. In and out in 25 minutes, no charge. Very pleasant experience.

Great service! I took a hair dryer in to be repaired and was told it could take up to a week, which was fine, and then a day later they called me to tell me they were actually replacing the whole thing, free of charge, and I could pick it up whenever. Everyone there was very nice and patient and made the experience extremely easy.

I went to the store 5 mins before closing but guy was very helpful and amazing with his service. Helped me carry out both of my vacuums; cleaned the filters while i waited and showed me for easy cleanup if i would like it at home. I absolutely love my both heavy duty animal dyson and cordless for quick clean up. Cannot imagine without it. Dyson is amazing and now i love it more after their amazing service!!

After replacing a part as instructed by Dyson and it failing to work I was told to take my cordless vacuum to this service center. I called ahead, waited patiently for about 15 minutes to be seen and then explained my situation. The technician didn’t even touch my vacuum and was very condescending. He told me I needed a battery but didn’t offer to help me do so, he told me I’d have call Dyson back directly and said “it’s not my fault they don’t know how to diagnose a bad battery” and that “they just read from a script”.
