Earl is a respectful, considerate, hard-working guy. Bought my first nice bike here and had an excellent experience. He and the staff were very congenial to me and my kids. While there, they were very busy--the phone kept ringing, people kept coming in to get their bikes repaired or seek advice; Earl or one of the other staff made time for everyone. He addressed all my concerns and answered all of my questions. He made sure I left with a bike suited to my needs and fit to my person. The shop is very clean. The atmosphere was very pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The guys at Earl's was great to work with and prices seem very manageable. Short story: I had been in their shop a month earlier and came close to buying my Talon 4. I got a little nervous and wanted to think about it. They didn't pressure me and that is onw of the reasons I came back. Top notch guys and I would highly recommend them.

Great experience dealing with all the staff here especially Earl who supplied all the information I needed in order to make an informative decision in order to purchase a bike. The selection is huge and I drove over an hour since my local dealers have no inventory due to covid supply issues. I like the fact their website inventory in stock is updated as stock comes and goes that helps. Appreciated the service so much I bought a bike for my wife as well. Thank you to all the staff here, great job!

Other bike shops should take notes! Earl found a solution to my need for a gravel bike by putting gravel tires on an all-road bike. Rental price was very reasonable and the beautiful (carbon) bike worked perfectly. Because of Earl, we crushed 125 gravel miles today. Thanks for hooking it up!
