This was my first experience with Busy Bee, and there aren't enough superlatives in the English language to describe them! Their communication and customer service is incredibly attentive - I received a text immediately after ordering in response to some special instructions and so that I could approve a minor substitution for one flower. The arrangement was absolutely STUNNING and looked exactly like the photo. Busy Bee also texted me a photo of the arrangement and emailed me the moment it was delivered. My mother-in-law was blown away by the floral work of art that was delivered on her birthday. I wish I could give more than 5 stars -- Busy Bee is amazing and I can't wait to use them again!

I wanted to send flowers to my daughter after her surgery. I did not want to use FTD because I knew flowers might be limited. I stopped by the Busy Bee. The place was so clean and the florist really took the time to listen to what I wanted. The arrangement was beautiful and a week later it is still beautiful. So glad I found a new florist!
