EG oil is a family owned company and you will be treated like a member of the family. We have been using them for many years and always getting the same great service. I use them for both my places. Staff is friendly and honest. A few months ago our water heater broke and Steve did everything possible to get it replace as fast as possible, I don't think any other company would had gone above and beyond like they did. I highly recommend them.

If I could give them less than 1 start I would. I spoke with Steve on 9/17/2019 about pricing and what services they offered. When I asked about their full-service plans and how many technicians they had he abruptly changed tone and repeatedly accused me of working for a competing Oil Company then hung up on me. This was a first. Worst Customer Service Ever.
