The portion of Provant that handles corporate wellbeing incentive programs is utterly incompetent. Out of the last five years, Provant has lost our annual health screen results that were faxed/emailed to them directly from our doctors office (as instructed by Provant). This results in Provant denying our eligibility for the incentive bonus, and forces us to file appeals to prove that we in-fact completed the required health screening. My hope is that our company will soon be firing Provant as they deserve.

Based on my experience, this company does not seem to be legit. No one answers calls or return emails, but they will contact you for employment opportunities and training. In the past, I have heard many good things but there seems to be a shift in priority and integrity. Also, they recently merged with another company and reduced their contractor benefits. The pay is low compared to other companies in the industry. Proceed with caution.

They've provided wellness screenings on-site at the company I work at for quite a few years, no complaints except for the team lead; not sure she can tell the difference when she's in a corporate environment, she behaves as if she's providing a charity to the underprivileged and feels it's ok to treat us as such.

Amazing how important your healthcare , however, this company provides zero phone number resource to ask live questions. An email to the company responds with "we will respond within 2 days." The future is now. Every company is so cost conscious that the worker bee's get screwed while the guys at the top rake it in on the minions backs. I cannot believe our company has stooped so low as to use this group.

I tried to call to get confirmation regarding my health profile that was due on the 4th. I sent the information via fax on the 25th and a week later (the 2nd) they had not uploaded the info. I was calling to be certain my info was received so I did not make the deadline. The person refused to check the fax machine. She said she could put in a ticket if I had the exact time, number, time zone ect. but that wouldn't help me because it takes 3 days for them to answer a ticket. I asked to speak to her manager and she refused stating that she would tell me the same thing. i guess I just have to hope that my information is received since they are too busy to check their fax machine.
