I think care was good. Hard to say since I couldn't be with my mom when she was on hospice. Thankfully she came off hospice. My issue is with their clerical staff. They gave permission for my mother to go to the hospital for a possible fall. We got billed for radiology and they promised over and over it was being taken care of. After 4 months of being in collection and having bill collectors calling and calling I finally gave up and paid the bill. No amount of calling and emailing helped. Just awful. Don't recommend at all.

I found the service to be lacking professionally. They would not show up on the days they were supposed to. Getting medications refilled was equally a problem. Their system lacked the checks and balances necessary to guarantee their customers a quality experience. I had to change services.

If you do not need home health care this is the agency for you. Though the nurse was very nice (why there is 2 stars not 0) the social worker will promise the moon and deliver nothing office staff say they can not promise or guarantee anytime of service You will not know when someone will be at your home or who they will be. The aides are grossly underpaid. So if you are in hospice and live with your primary care giver this will work well for you. Don’t expect much

I have dealt with Hospice for over 25 years and this company is top notch. I had to fire the old hospice company for brother and someone suggested Beacon and I am so glad they did. They have gone above and beyond for my brother and I so appreciate everything they have done!! No words can explain how honored I have been to have Beacon as a part of our lives. They are truly our family forever!
